Summary:
The Operations Coordinator/Technical Support role is responsible for scheduling equipment and personnel, meeting internal and external requirements, to directly or indirectly commission/troubleshoot downhole gauge systems and surface instrumentation, maintaining complete traceability of every job performed.
The successful candidate works within the Digital Solutions division and assists in various projects as required by product line operations.
This includes, but no limited to, downhole, surface and automation systems.
This position reports directly to the Digital Solutions Operations Manager, working closely with district Operations.
This position requires 8
years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to artificial lift, well completions, permanent downhole gauges, and automation.
Responsibilities - Coordinate equipment and personnel to commission wells in West Texas and across the US.
- Provide field technical support to the surface, wellhead, and downhole operations.
- Troubleshoot downhole and surface systems.
- Keep an accurate track record of all jobs performed.
- Perform installations and commissioning of gauge systems when required.
- Assist with incoming equipment inspections.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Turn in all field tickets on time and assuring accuracy.
- Assist the district in various tasks as required.
Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification - Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical, or computer science (Preferred).
- Proven equivalent experience accepted.

- This position is based in the Midland/Odessa area in Texas, US.
