Responsibilities Assist with the breakdown and maintenance of all cement treating iron and support equipment Clean and maintain heads, manifolds, swedges, and quick connects Load and unload iron from equipment Maintain iron quality assurance Paint iron for company designation Maintain inventory for all iron, tools, and supporting equipment Prepare and stage all cement treating iron for inspections and pressure testing Maintain compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and organization policies by attending required safety training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Experience in maintenance preferred Maintaining a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record required Must have reliable transportation, able to arrive at the yard on time for callouts Strong work ethic, reliable, and willing to uphold commitment to perform all duties Able to safely perform duties during 14 days on, 7 days off work schedule that will include days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must physically be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout work shift Must be physically able to safely lift 50 lbs.
