Service Account Lead PC
Account Lead Full-Time Operations AB-Red Deer, #210-129 Queens Drive, Red Deer AB, T4P 0R8 AB-Grande Prairie DESCRIPTION The main goal of this role is to be the field liaison between the assigned customer and respective operations manager.
Account Lead is responsible for performing, ensuring, & communicating customer requirements, needs, & changes to Service personnel on location and Operations Manager.
Monitors progress report and communicates progress with their supervisor.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION Minimum 5 years of service experience in relevant pressure control operations required.
Knowledge of pressure control equipment requirements in operation, maintenance, and required service.
Possess advanced knowledge and understanding of completions operations at customer locations.
Effective verbal, written, reading, and communication skills are required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, however not required.
Ability to lead.
Ability to effectively communicate and implement troubleshooting solutions on location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply) 24/7 Availability, as a primary contact for assigned account(s).
Manage Customer requirements, along with personnel for assigned locations.
Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
Performs field service including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation as assigned by their supervisor.
Take lead in the development and training of employees as assigned by supervisor.
Completes all documentation for repair/rebuild and testing as well as field service forms such as field tickets, JSA's, training forms, pre/post job inspections, etc.
Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
Follow specific written instructions and API procedures for all jobs presented.
Other duties as assigned.
