The qualified candidate will be a part of our senior management team and will be given all the tools required to properly manage field staff and capture growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations for the Production Chemicals Division Interfacing with clients and building reliable working relationships.
Enhance our sales model as required - processes and procedures Tracking and development of your staff, optimize and help develop training programs Involved in the design and implementation of merit award system Field staff reviews, disciplinary action and manage new hire program for Production Collaborate with ownership and senior management team to enhance product offerings Ensure staff are documenting day to day activities, monthly reporting and client interactions Interface with both internal and external customers What Iron Horse Chemicals provides:
