Technical Sales Manager

The Technical Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion for HULK products. This individual leverages their technical expertise to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and close deals. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships, leading product demonstrations, and ensuring successful order fulfillment. Furthermore, they stay informed about market trends and new technologies to continuously refine sales strategies.HULK is focused on the design, engineering, manufacturing, and distribution of advanced cable protection systems including ESP cross-coupling and motor lead extension guards, Sand Protection tools, and other downhole tools within the production space of Oil and Gas. We are a solutions-driven company innovating products designed to meet our clients' needs. We believe in the power of listening to our customers to drive product development and want our Technical Sales Manager to embrace these qualities as well.Responsibilities Achieve quarterly and annual targets for assigned accounts/territories by selling and promoting HULK products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities. Proactively generate leads, uncover customer needs, and convert them into profitable sales opportunities. Work collaboratively with internal teams (supply chain, engineering, etc.) to craft compelling solutions that address customer needs. Possess a deep understanding of HULK products and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Lead product demonstrations, close deals, and ensure successful order fulfillment. Maintain client relationships, answer questions, and provide ongoing support. Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve sales strategies. Qualifications 5
years of related inside or outside sales experience in the oil and gas industry Technical expert level in the production & artificial lift industry, with a broad knowledge of competitive products & services Ability to generate and manage leads, opportunities, and contract negotiations to close business Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Effective influential, selling, and closing skills Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Strong work ethic, demonstrating integrity, trust, and maintain confidentiality Ability to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributor Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize workload and meet time-sensitive deadlines Ability to travel 25-50% of time Recommended Skills Active Listening Analytical Attention To Detail Closing Skills Communication Confidentiality Apply to this job.
