Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Midland, TX. This resource will track, maintain, and organize electronic equipment inventory.
Skills and
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5
    years of combined experience

  • Experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems and desktop software

  • Experience with Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting

  • Proficient using Windows registry

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue

  • Knowledge of

    • Printers

    • Office 365

    • Desktop imaging

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to move at a quick pace and prioritize several concurrent issues
