Position Summary:
Responsible for the sales and marketing of pipeline and trucking assets in West Texas including maintain customer relations, identifying new customers, conducting analysis; and completing purchase transactions with an emphasis to maximize the value to our customers and Company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting market analysis, strategic business planning including identification, qualification, and capture of business.
- Review and analyze new contracts including compiling records of each business transaction and ensuring purchase orders and contracts are completed.
- Maintain professional relationships by attending industry meetings and conferences.
- Work closely with senior management to provide strategic direction and leadership.
- Moderate to extensive travel
- Relocation to Midland / Odessa, TX area
- Requires a bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of direct Division level leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and quantify the financial impact of prospective business.
- Utilizes a technical and analytical approach in problem solving.
- Develops business strategies and places appropriate emphasis on risks and rewards and evaluates accordingly.
- Possess a high degree of conceptual skills. Understands how individual contracts contribute to overall profitability.
- Able to quickly determine the strengths and weakness of competitive strategies which could adversely affect Company's financial success.
- Must have familiarity with sales order systems and knowledge of PC based computer applications.
- Able to demonstrate team behavior and must be willing to promote a team-oriented environment.
- Able to demonstrate ability to be very detail oriented in tasks; able to depend upon to plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion and to meet all productivity requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to improve or maintain positive internal and external customer relationships.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
