THE COMPANY
A growing Austin based engineering firm is looking for a Residential Land Development Project Manager to join their team on a full time basis. With a wide arrange of clients and locations, our client have only grown stronger in recent years.
THE POSITION
Your new role will be part of our engineering team that supports our client's projects throughout the Austin area. You will be part of the land development team that provides engineering leadership to accommodate the growth in the market.
This position will be responsible for all phases of projects from preliminary analysis/designing plans to completion of construction phase.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering is required.
Must have current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
Minimum 2 Years as a P.M. with a P. E. with residential land development experience working with grading, drainage, roadways, water, entitlements and permitting.
Must be a U.S. citizen or current green card holder.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
