Overview This individual provides positive, courteous, prompt customer service, handling customer requests and inquiries to include: order entry, service requests, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting as well as accurately following retail cash procedures. Customer interaction for this position is primarily face to face.

Responsibilities ? Responsible for accurately computing and quoting adjustments, balances and rates as well as discussing other inquiries and complaints for customers.
? Process lock and drop box payments including customer payments made through off-site payment locations.
? Respond to customer's requests and inquiries for service within a 24-hour period.
? Must be familiar with all of Grande's products in order recommend and sell services and equipment to customers.
? Process and confirm addresses for billing and payment purposes.
? Work to meet service goals and deadlines designed to meet customer commitments promptly, accurately and pleasantly.
? Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements ? Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
? Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
? Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes some weekends and holidays.
? Must have three years related experience.
? Must have basic PC skills and be able to operate standard office equipment.
? Must be able to communicate verbally and comprehend through listening skills to resolve customer problems or complaints.
? Must be able to write legibly and perform the following mathematical calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
? Must be able to lift small boxes and electronic equipment weighing not more that 20 lbs at a time.
