√ʬ ¬ĘThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to determined timelines and budgets.
√ʬ ¬ĘManages the project team(s) - and may be responsible for building the project team.
√ʬ ¬ĘManages project development and ensures quality control throughout the project life cycle.
√ʬ ¬ĘIs accountable for project results.
√ʬ ¬ĘWorks with Key Stakeholders to complete the Project Charter - outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
√ʬ ¬ĘCompletes work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
√ʬ ¬ĘProvides a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
√ʬ ¬ĘClearly communicates expectations to team members and stakeholders.
√ʬ ¬ĘActs as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
√ʬ ¬ĘResolves any issues and solves problems throughout project life cycle.
√ʬ ¬ĘEffectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved within the Project Charter.
√ʬ ¬ĘDetermines the resources needed to successfully complete the project within the schedule constraints.
√ʬ ¬ĘTracks and reports on project milestones and provides status reports to Management, Customer, and/or Key Stakeholders.
√ʬ ¬ĘLeads, coaches, and motivates project team members on a proactive basis.
√ʬ ¬ĘDetermines how results will be measured and completes a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
√ʬ ¬ĘDevelops tools and best practices for project management and execution.
√ʬ ¬ĘEnsures all project documents are safely archived following project completion or project suspension.
√ʬ ¬ĘB.S. Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field - or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
√ʬ ¬ĘDemonstrated leadership managing people.
√ʬ ¬ĘKnowledge of Project Management tools and/or software packages.
√ʬ ¬ĘExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
√ʬ ¬ĘStrategic, operational, and technical management skills.
√ʬ ¬ĘRapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
√ʬ ¬ĘExcellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
√ʬ ¬ĘVery good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
√ʬ ¬ĘAbility to communicate with customers and represent Xdin in a professional manner.
√ʬ ¬ĘAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
√ʬ ¬ĘAbility to develop and track budgets and business case metrics.
√ʬ ¬Ę3-5 years (depends on specific job) of project leadership/management.
√ʬ ¬ĘPMI Certification is a major asset.
√ʬ ¬ĘMBA or Six Sigma belt certification are a plus.
√ʬ ¬ĘAutomotive experience is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
