The chosen candidate will assist accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; running software programs. This role will be expected for recording monthly volumes for company owned water systems, preparing monthly journal entries, and performing various special projects as necessary. The incumbent will record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system. The Accounting Clerk will execute accounting and clerical functions to help supervisors. The person will work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts. Further, the Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department.
Requirements
5 years of oil and gas accounting experience
Education
High school diploma/GED
