An established, financially-secure oil & gas exploration & production company is seeking a Production Engineer with 5
years experience for their office in Midland, TX. This position will be responsible for artificial lift, gas lift, rod pumping, waterflooding, workovers, acidizing, fracing and recompletions. This role will utilize Rodstar and Fracaid computer programs. The group seeks a self-motivated team player that has a good work ethic, appreciates alternate viewpoints and is always learning.
The position requires operations and artificial lift engineering experience with a mid to large oil & gas operating company. This role also requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation is very competitive and includes a long-term incentive plan. The company will pay for relocation to Midland, if needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
