Executive Administrative Assistant -- needed ASAP Midland/Odessa

o Provide administrative support to the CEO and the CFO
o Resolves administrative issues by preparing reports/correspondence/presentations, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
o Creates and revises procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements; implementing changes
o Coordinate meetings including support for agenda and logistics
o Handle the screening of incoming calls, appointment calendars, and mail
o Arrange business travel and expense reporting
o Provide administrative support for Emergency Response / Incident Command System
o Coordinates invoices for payment with accounts payables
o Support SAP vendor management
o Trains MWCC's administrative staff on office procedures
o Handles ad hoc projects
o Coordinates the interfaces with senior government officials and member company executives
o Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
o Manages the process for issuing security badges for visitors
o Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing educational training
o Other functions of a similar scope as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

A.
degree or equivalent work experience
o 7-10 years of work experience as an administrative assistant
o Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office e.
g.
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
o Must possess excellent administrative and organizational competencies including the ability to build and maintain databases and files
o Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities and customers at the same time
o Proven ability to manage short deadlines and emergency situations
o Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
o Have the ability to work effectively with the staff and be a strong team player
o Other functions of a similar scope as assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
