Specialty Pharmacy Compounding Direct, Inc. is seeking an outside Pharmaceutical Sales Rep / Medical Device Sales Representative in Midland, TX.
The ideal candidate is highly responsible and self-motivated with a proven history of sales success, and seeks to earn a premium on their set of physician relationships and skill set. Our most successful reps have a well-established background in the medical industry and are positioned to call on their existing relationships to develop a territory around those relationships.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Must have 2
years of successful outside sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience with doctors in Plastic Surgery, Wound Care, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Dermatology, Orthopedics, General Practitioners, Rheumatology, Podiatrists, Vascular / Diabetes, OB/GYNs, or Osteopathic Medicine.
Additionally, there are opportunities with any surgeon who deals with scar & wound treatments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and grow your existing physician network and relationships
In-person office visits to present products, features and benefits to existing and prospective clients
Provide the highest level of service to your doctors
Gather doctor and patient feedback on needs, problems, interests and new opportunities
Monitor and gathering competitor marketplace information on pricing, products and activities
COMPENSATION
These positions can be worked either full-time or part-time in addition to other employment and are completely confidential. They are 1099 contract positions and the commissions are extremely lucrative. Certain reps that are able to put in full-time effort are taking home a yearly income each and every month.
Average Commission Per Pain script - $200 to $450
Average Commission Per Scar script - $400 to $1300
Re-fill scripts normally pay out 100% of original commission (provides significant residual income)
Commissions are paid monthly

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
