Safety & Environmental Director

The Safety & Environmental Director will be responsible for implementation, execution and compliance of the Lotus, LLC safety & environmental program throughout the US for all Lotus business segments: disposal, transportation, and field services.
Specific Duties include:
Continuously improve the HS&E program which includes; safety manuals, training, audits, incident follow up, statistics and prevention.
Plans and implements safety policies and procedures for the US.
Represents Lotus in all 3rd party audits
Support the Regions by working with operations personnel to carry-out the safety program.
Ensure the measurement of our safety performance is accurate, and timely.
Work with our clients to support Lotus efforts to provide a safe efficient service.
Monitors and enforces compliance with applicable safety regulations, laws and codes.
Oversee accident and incident investigations, analyze and assist as needed with preparation of accident reports and summaries.
Ensure that pertinent safety reports are submitted as required to outside agencies.
Maintain DOT Safety statistical data and prepare reporting on a quarterly basis.
Job Requirements:
Minimum five years' experience in safety related field in the oil and gas waste disposal, transportation, or field services segments.
Knowledge of federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
Exceptional problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong results orientation and positive 'can do' attitude with a sense of urgency to get things done
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of industry safety training
50-75% travel required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
